Our guest speaker today was Fire Chief Otto Drozd III of the El Paso Fire Department. He was accompanied by several of his fellow firemen as our Club honored one of the El Paso Dept's finest -
Lt. Gonzalez Soto for distinguished service to the citizens of El Paso's West Side
